Kinkin & Partners provides qualified legal representation before all Bulgarian courts, in domestic and in international arbitration. During years of practice, the team of attorneys at the Law Firm have successfully defended the interests of their Bulgarian and foreign clients and have built a strong tradition in the field of judicial and court resolution of commercial, civil and administrative disputes.
As a result of the extensive professional experience of our team, we formed a separate department of lawyers who specialize in litigation. Our litigation team lawyers are profiled with regard to the subject matter of the case and the procedure by which the trial is developed.

For each case assigned to the law firm, we form a team of a specialist lawyer in the area of substantive law and a lawyers, who focuses on legal representation in litigation, which is always a prerequisite for the most complete and competent defense of the interests of our clients.

The Law Firm provides the following legal services in the field of litigation:

• collection of relevant to the case information and documents, including such collected under special legal procedures for securing evidence;

• collection of relevant to the case and any claim proceedings evidence from state and municipal institutions (including records of the Registry Agency, Commercial Register, the NRA, etc..)

• conduction of detailed analysis on the case;

• study of debtors' assets based on public records and preparation of legal statements on possible options for action;

• analysis of the substantive part of the dispute and estimation of potential evolution;

• analysis of the upcoming proceedings related to eventual claims;

• actions for securing of receivables that are subject to the dispute;

• actions for settling the dispute out of court by issuing notary invitations, holding meetings with the other party and leading negotiations;

• actions in front of all courts in the country, to domestic and international arbitration, including revocation of effective judicial acts;

• enforcement proceedings in front of the competent private or public bailiff and implementation of the necessary procedural steps for implementation of effective judicial acts, as well as protection from such acts;

• participation in mediation procedures.
