Since Bulgaria became a EU member state, more and more cases of judgments of the European courts and/or arbitration courts are implemented in the Republic of Bulgaria. Kinkin & Partners have solid experience in the formation and representation of enforcement proceedings before the state or private bailiff for collection of receivables, in entering into possession and in all actions necessary for the enforcement of the judicial acts.
