On 08th November 2017 Silviya Spasova, PhD in Law, took part as a lecturer in a seminar entitled “Procedure for admission of security“. The seminar was organized by the Attorneys Training Center “Krastyu Tsonchev” in collaboration with the Supreme Bar Council. The main discussed subjects were prerequisites for admission of security, procedure for admission of security, defense against the admitted security, revocation of the security measures, responsibility for the damages of the unwarranted security and substitution of the security.
