Energy and water regulatory commission expresses for the first time its official position on interpretation of average “annual operation time” for RES energy facilities as a forming element of feed-in-tariff, applicable for purchasing “green” energy. The position is issued upon request of National electricity company for interpretation of the term, for which no legal definition is provided. According to the position of the Commission “the annual operation time of energy facilities, provided by the decisions for adopting the feed-in-tariffs, is performed on basis of information for full effective working hours of the facilities (working hours on nominal capacity).
