Silviya Spasova, Senior Associate, presented a report on claim procedure at the two-day scientific and practical conference entitled “Legal issues in the implementation of the Civil Procedure Code. Possible solutions”. The event was organized by the Supreme Bar Council and under the auspices of the parliamentary Legal Affairs Committee. The expressed opinions will be taken into consideration at the discussion on the second reading of the amendments to the Civil Procedure Code in the parliamentary committee as well as at the plenary session and are expected to be passed by the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria by the end of October.
